	HOMAG Cares works with the Santa Rosalía Centre in Teia
	With its ?Homag Cares' project, the Homag Group is collaborating with the Santa Rosalía childhood educational attention residential centre with the donation of furniture and toys. Santa Rosalía is a childhood educational attention residential centre in Teia, a town near Barcelona. For the last 22 years it has been working with young people in risk of social exclusion, in close cooperation with DGAIA (General Directorate for Childhood and Adolescence).

	2009 FIMMA-MADERALIA EXCEEDS ALL EXHIBITORS´ EXPECTATIONS
	With just a few hours to go before the close of the 34th edition of the FIMMA-MADERALIA fairs, there was nothing but praise for an event that has been described by exhibitors as delivering "a pleasant surprise". Exhibitors at the International Fair for Woodworking Machinery and Tools (FIMMA) and the International Wood and Furniture Industries Suppliers Fair (MADERALIA) all pointed to the positive results they had gained from participating in the two specialist wood processing and associated technology fairs.

	INVITATION TO FIMMA-MADERALIA´09 PRESS CONFERENCE
	A press conference for the media will be taking place in the Press Club, on the Mall Level at Feria Valencia, on Wednesday 4th November at 09:30 hours to present the 2009 FIMMA and MADERALIA fairs. FIMMA's president, Jordi Teixidó, will be speaking at the conference as will MADERALIA president Francisco Perelló and the director of the two events, Miguel Bixquert. The 34th FIMMA-MADERALIA - International Fair for Woodworking Machinery and Tools and the International Wood and Furniture Industries Suppliers Fair - runs from 3rd to 6th November at Feria Valencia and will be open from 9h to 19h each day without a break.

	FIMMA-MADERALIA SHOWCASES THE PRODUCT OFFER FROM OVER 900 BRANDS IN THE WOOD AND WOOD TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY
	The organisers of FIMMA and MADERALIA are finalising the fairs in preparation for their 34th edition, to open its doors at Feria Valencia from November 3rd to 6th. Both fairs, truly international events for the wood and wood ancillary industry, will be introducing all the latest innovations from over 900 brands showcasing at the fairs this year.

	How is HOMAG approaching its participation in this year's fair? What aims are you pursuing and to what degree do you expect the fair to live up to your expectations? We think it is important and necessary to take part in the Fair. Even in difficult times such as those we are living in now it is crucial to show yourself in the marketplace. By taking part in FIMMA in Valencia we want to be in touch with our customers to support them and advise them in their quest for solutions as to how to make production efficient and profitable. Helping customers is what we do and is our mindset, but we do not have high expectations as regards sales.

	THE SCOPE OF ROBOTICS TOSERVE THE WOOD AND FURNITURE INDUSTRY REVEALED AT FIMMA 2009
	The 34th FIMMA fair will be showing a number of examples of robots used in the wood processing and furniture industries, boasting their own brands and specially developed engineering. Articulated robots that are part of a production line will be on show, creating what will surely be a great attraction for the fair, which is once again focusing on showing visitors live demonstrations and machines working. Courtesy of Hurtado & Rivas, representatives of top brands of machinery and technological innovation for the wood processing-furniture making sector, the fair will be showing two innovative concepts for the use of robots at the service of the industry.
